Navigate through our website and choose your favorite vehicle you wish to purchase from our stock. Request for a free quote to get the best deals on the website.

STEP 2

REQUEST PRO-FORMA INVOICE

After you agree with the price, request for Pro-forma Invoice through the website option to hold the vehicle. For documents to be shipped, we need full consignor information (name, address and phone number) along with the courier address for documents to be delivered.

STEP 3

PAYMENT

Clear complete invoice amount due by remittance or payment within 2 business days to our Dubai Office. If payment is made by remittance, you will have to pay bank charges at the end because it is not included in the value of the invoice. When payment has been made, submit remittance slip & fast copy by e-mail.

STEP 4

SHIPMENT

We will give you the schedule of delivery around the date of departure of the vessel. Please be advised that the name/schedule of the ship is subject to change due to the reasons of the shipping company and is beyond our control.

STEP 5

CHECK & CONFIRM DRAFT BILL OF LANDING

After the ship's departure, the shipping company will send us the Bill of Lading draft. We will give you this draft to accept the original via e-mail. Please review the draft closely because once originals are published, we will not be able to amend the Bill of Lading.

STEP 6

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS DISPATCHED

Upon receiving the original Bill of Lading from the shipping company, we will provide you with DHL / TCS tracking number and connection for courier B / L and all other relevant documents to your assigned address.

STEP 7

DELIVERY & CLEARANCE

To take delivery of your vehicle from the destination port, contact your local customs department and clearing agent.
